Creator strategy

Influence starts with the right cultural voice.

Reach matters, but relevance is what moves people. Zeeman Culture pairs brands with creators who already understand the audience, then builds a clear creative hook that feels native to the platform.

From sourcing and briefing to publishing and reporting, every partnership is shaped around a defined business outcome.

01

Find the right voice

Match audience, creator credibility and brand fit across the creators who can carry the idea naturally.

02

Build the creative hook

Co-create a platform-native reason to watch, save, share or visit, without flattening the creator's own style.

03

Measure what moved

Read performance in context and connect content signals to search, footfall and meaningful brand attention.

Creator network

Community before campaign.

Zeeman hosted a London creator gathering on 17 March 2026 at V Club Bond Street, bringing together creators with a combined following of more than five million.

Relationships built in person create better briefs, more honest collaboration and a network that can move with the culture.

What we manage

A working editorial system, not a stream of disconnected posts.

Every channel starts with a clear role in the customer journey, then earns attention through useful, repeatable content.

Case study / DRAM5

Making the founder the format.

The whisky blind-box founder became the recognisable centre of the channel. Zeeman shaped his entrepreneurial point of view into a recurring series people could follow, discuss, and share.

Founder-led stories connected product discovery with the personality behind the idea, while community moments created new material for the next publishing cycle.

Case study / Lotus Realm

A founder story designed for discovery.

Zeeman positioned the young professional founder as the guide to Lotus Realm, combining a personal point of view with room tours and timely stories that made the physical space searchable and shareable.

Instead of separating personality, place, and trend, the content brought them together as one coherent reason to visit.

Editorial response

Trend signal → Product angle → Shareable story

We select trends for relevance, not novelty. The useful signal is translated into a story the product can credibly own.

Traffic to asset

Borrow attention, then build an audience the brand owns.

Creator traffic can introduce the brand. A disciplined owned channel turns that temporary reach into accumulated attention.

01

Launch

Establish positioning, visual language, search themes, and the first repeatable formats.

02

Build

Publish consistently, learn from audience response, and make community interaction part of the editorial cycle.

03

Scale

Connect KOL activity to the owned account so campaign discovery becomes durable brand attention.

Culturally fluent experiences designed to mean something in the room, then travel naturally through creators, content and conversation.

From place to participation

Built for the moment. Planned for the afterlife.

We connect physical experience with social behaviour from the start, shaping every detail around the audience, location and cultural context.

The result is an activation people can enter, understand, capture and share without losing the idea behind it.

01

Strategy & location

Define the cultural idea, audience journey and setting that make the encounter relevant.

02

Creator sourcing

Match the experience with creators who can participate credibly and translate it for their communities.

03

Event execution

Coordinate the live experience around clear guest moments, brand presence and cultural detail.

04

Content production

Turn participation into platform-native stories that extend the activation beyond its physical footprint.

Case 03 · Cultural craft

Zoey Filigree

A creator-led traditional craft workshop designed around intimacy, cultural participation and hands-on discovery.

Rather than treating craft as a display, the workshop invited creators and guests to take part in the process. The making itself became the story: personal, tactile and naturally suited to thoughtful content creation.

Case 04 · Cultural programme

Fluid Civilization

Exhibition, market and dialogue brought craft into a contemporary cultural conversation.

The programme created multiple ways to encounter the work: through objects, ideas and exchange. Its cultural relevance was reflected in press coverage from People’s Daily and China Minutes.
